D-Clofen-SR includes combination of Diclofenac & Serrationpeptidase. Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drug (NSAID). It is given to treat painful conditions such as arthritis, sprains and strains, gout, migraine, dental pain and pain after surgical operations. It eases pain and reduces inflammation. Diclofenac works by blocking the effect of chemicals in body called cyclo-xygenase (COX) enzymes. Serrationpeptidase is proteolytic enzyme (protease) helpful in relieving swelling and pain in inflammatory disease and also in postoperative wounds.D-Clofen-SR is used in combination with other drugs to manage infections like sinusitis and bronchitis. This is mostly due its ability to thin and mobilize excess mucus and fluids from the body. It also supports lymphatic drainage and controls inflammatory responses.
